(OTCBB: GFON.OB): Mr. Richard Cowan, Chief Financial Officer, reported to the Board following his successful presentation to the Legislative Prospects and Public Policy on Cannabis Conference sponsored by the Mexican Congreso de la Unión last week. Mr. Cowan’s panel’s presentation brought the conference to a close on April 15, 2009, the day before U.S. President Barack Obama's meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderon in preparation for the 2009 Summit of the Americas. The three-day conference, held in the magnificent Mexican Congressional Building in Mexico City from April 13 to 15, covered a broad range of cannabis issues, including medical and industrial use.

Cowan stated, “There is a global demand for pharmaceutical cannabis products being developed by CSI as a result of new scientific discoveries.
